Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.


2. Product Information and Artistic Variation

2.1 Product Accuracy and Color

We strive to display the colours and images of our home décor products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Furthermore, as many décor items involve natural materials or are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, and size are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.

2.2 Handmade Items

Products labeled as ‘handmade’ or ‘artisan’ may contain unique imperfections or variations that add to their character. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept this artistic variation.

2.3 Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.


3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (via secure third-party gateway), and Digital Wallet Services (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa).

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, inability to ship to your location, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.


4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)

4.1 Shipping

We use professional courier services for delivery across Pakistan. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, political instability, or other events beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of Loss and Damage

All items are carefully packaged. However, the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We highly recommend that you inspect the packaging for damage before signing the receipt from the courier. Claims for items damaged in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt (see Section 5.3).


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include: custom or personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards.

5.3 Procedure for Transit Damage (Crucial)

If a fragile item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us with clear photographic evidence of both the product damage and the shipping box damage within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Failure to report transit damage within this 24-hour window may void your claim.


6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including all text, graphics, logos, and the Build Bloom design aesthetic) are and will remain the exclusive property of Build Bloom. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi.
